What type of diets you have?

At Rejoice Wellness we have different weight loss and weight gain diets. We have various types of diet ranging from 1400-1500 kcal/day intake for weight loss to 2000-2500 kcal/day intake for weight gain.

Our diets include basic diet, vegetable diet, fruit diet, liquid diet, cereal diet and many more in both vegetarian & non-vegetarian cuisine.

Do we need to starve while dieting?

No, you do not need to starve.

Can we go only for diets and not the machine treatments?

Yes. You can go only for diets to lose weight. But the results would be temporary, so we do not advice it.

Why do we need to take machine treatment and diet both?

We would recommend for you to go on Machine treatment and diet for 2 reasons.

  1. It has been scientifically proven that a human body gets accustomed to a certain type of diet and stops responding to the same diet after a certain point of time. It is imperative that your diet is regularly changed and rigorously followed, to maintain a momentum in your weight loss. However, considering the hectic urban life and time taken for the diet to help you attain your health goals, this can be a tedious process. At any point, the diet stops, the weight gain increases, and you will end up at a higher weight than where you had started.
  2. With machine treatment, we destroy the fat cells permanently thus adding hindrances in the weight gain possibility when the diet stops.

Can we eat non-veg while following your diet plans?

Yes, you can eat non-veg while following our diet plans. We provide diets based on your food preferences such as basic diet, vegetable diet, fruit diet, liquid diet, cereal diet and many more in both vegetarian & non-vegetarian cuisines.

If we go only for diets, will the results be permanent?

No, the results would be temporary as fat cells are not permanently removed.
