‘Body Smart Diwali’ Tips

Diwali is almost here and party planning is on…
Cherish the time with your loved ones and carry the wonderful memories for lifetime… Not weight on your waistline. ????
Here are few quick tips…

1) Eat something healthy like a soup or a fruit or a smoothie or a salad or 2-3 multigrain biscuits before you head to party.

2) Take a look at entire spread of menu before you start filling your plate up.

3) These days don’t miss your routine of 3 liters water, 7 hours sleep and at least a 45 minutes walk; at any cost.

4) Don’t eat just because there are lots of sweets and heavy food around you. Check if you are really hungry or just bored or emotional. Be mindful !

5) Don’t forget to wipe clean all the makeup before you go to bed.

6) Protein in breakfast is a great way to maintain healthy hunger patterns and glowing skin throughout the day.
