If you crave for;

1] Chewing ice means you have Iron Deficiency.

Eat Meat, fish and poultry, seaweed, greens, black cherries, spinach, beans, legumes, figs, dates, Vit C foods to heal it.

2] Coffee or tea means you have

  • Calcium Deficiency. Eat Mustard and turnip greens, broccoli, kale, legumes, cheese, sesame seeds.
  • Glutamine Deficiency. Eat Supplement glutamine powder for withdrawal, raw vegetable juice, cabbage, beetroot, beans, spinach.
  • Potassium Deficiency. Eat Sun-dried black olives, potato peel broth, seaweed, bitter greens.

4] Tobacco means you have

9] General overeating means you have
