In last wednesday’s article we have spoken about;

Why cravings happen? And what’s the meaning behind these cravings?

In today’s article we bring you list of common cravings and which deficiencies are they indicating and how to heal these deficiencies…

If you crave for;

1] Chocolate means you have Magnesium Deficiency.

Eat raw nuts and seeds, legumes, fruits, whole grains, green veggies to heal it.

2] Sweets means you have

  • Chromium Deficiency. Eat Broccoli, grapes, cheese, dried beans, onions, tomato, sweet potato, chicken to heal it.
  • Carbon Deficiency. Eat Fresh fruits.
  • Phosphorus Deficiency. Eat Chicken, beef, liver, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, legumes, grains, pumpkin seeds, lentils.
  • Sulfur Deficiency. Eat Cranberries, horseradish, green leafy vegetables, kale, cabbage, asparagus, garlic, onion.
