Breakfast Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk, rice milk, hemp milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
1 ripe banana, frozen
1/2 cup chopped mango, frozen
1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds Optional
2 tbsp hemp hearts hulled hemp seeds
2 tbsp ragi aatta
½ tsp ghee
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre heat ghee in pan then Sauté ragi aatta in it till fragrant.
2. Boil sautéed ragi in 1 cup water till it makes little dense paste. Cool it off.
3. Now add all other ingredients to ragi paste.
4. Blend it all in a conventional or high-powered blender.
