Coconut Chai-Spiced Overnight Oats
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup water
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons toasted unsweetened coconut chips
4 teaspoons honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ Teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of ground cardamom
Pinch of ground pepper
- Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
