Egg Wrap With Chicken, Avocado and Tomato!
-1 Tbsp Milk
-Salt & Pepper
-1 tbsp mixed herbs
-1/2 Avocado sliced
-1/2 A small tomato sliced
-coriander to garnish
-olive oil for cooking
1) To make the egg wrap- put olive oil on the small pan with heat to medium heat.
2)In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs, milk and a pinch of salt, pepper and mixed herbs
3)Slowly pour half the egg mixture (about 1/4 cup) into the preheated pan. Cover and cook until the top looks set and slightly bubbles, about 1- 3 minutes.
4)Flip and cook an additional minute on the other side. Repeat with remaining egg. Cover and set aside.
5)Boil the chicken and take the shreds and keep it aside
Place shredded chicken along the center of each egg wrap followed by the sliced tomatoes, avocados and garnish it with coriander.
Roll up and it’s ready to eat!
