HIGH PROTEIN LAVA CAKE 🍫
INGREDIENTS:
β€’ 1 egg
β€’ 1/3 cup greek yogurt
β€’ 1 cup 99% Dark chocolate
β€’ 1 tbsp (20g) cocoa powder
β€’ 1 scoop protein chocolate
β€’ 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey or date syrup

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Add the following ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork:
  • 1 egg (6g protein)
  • 1/3 cup (90g) greek yogurt (7g protein)
  • 1 tbsp (20g) cocoa powder (2g protein)
  • 1 scoop of protein chocolate
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey or date syrup

    2. Chop 15-20g 99% dark chocolate into fine pieces and mix well.
    3. Grease a small glass container with butter and pour in the mixture.
    4. Microwave for 2 min, let cool and flip onto a plate, topping with more cacao powder or sugar powder and serve.
