Immune Booster Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 oranges, quartered (remove peel for less bitterness)
- 1/4 lemon (remove peel for less bitterness)
- 1 medium apple, cut into eighths
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2” fresh ginger
- Few mint leaves
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in your mixer grinder.
Grind to the consistency of smoothie
Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
