“JAMUN POPSICLES “: Healthy Dessert






A dessert that is made to satisfy your sweet tooth and maintain your health as well.
500 gm jamuns, deseeded
A few sprigs of mint
1 lime, juiced
2 tsp date syrup

– Blend the jamuns in a mixer along with lime juice, date syrup and mint leaves.
– Strain into the popsicle moulds, place the stick and keep them in the freezer for 3 hours.
– Demould and enjoy!
