Hey everyone, here we present next video of series ‘ #LockdownSpecial Easy Home Workouts’

Now that we have learned easy and simple exercises; let’s take it to little higher level.

We have added a weight lifting and cardio exercise to your exercise routine in last few videos; so now we will learn functional + self body weight exercises.

We have mastered Squats and push ups individually. So let’s combine them into ‘Burpee’ today’s exercise which is little complex but highly effective.

Our exercise expert Mr. Shushant Dhuri is guiding us about different variants of ‘Burpees’ for all age groups and strength levels.

Do not exceed the number of repetition to begin with.
