To begin with let’s keep it easy and simple…
We have added a weight lifting and cardio exercise to your exercise routine in last few video so now we will learn one functional + self body weight exercise.
Our exercise expert Mr. Shushant Dhuri brings different variants of ‘Squats’ for all age groups.
Do 3 sets of 15- 20 reps for beginners
And 3 sets of 20-25 reps for intermediates.

Focus on form. (Form is more important than repetitions)
Do not exceed the number of repetition to begin with.
You can increase the number slowly over the period.
