Sugar Free Granola Breakfast
Ingredients
• 2 cups of rolled out oats (not ready-to-eat)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
• 10 gms flax seeds
• 1/4 cup of orange juice
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• Half a cup of strawberries/sliced apple
• 2 Tbsp of hung yogurt
• 10 skinned almonds, cut into slivers
• 1 tsp honey
How to Make
• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F/ 162 degrees C.
• Add the orange juice into the oats. And mix well.
• Then add olive oil, seeds to the mix and spread them evenly onto a baking tray.
• Bake for 45 minutes and keep turning the mixture frequently.
• Remove from the oven and leave until cool.
• Add the hung yogurt, almonds and fresh fruits.
• Add a teaspoon of honey to top it up.
