Tangy Watermelon Popsicles
Ingredients:
3 cups of watermelon cubes; deseeded
¼ th cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of salt
1 lemon; cut in rings
Popsicle/ candy sticks
Small / shot glasses
Procedure:
– Add all ingredients except lemon rings to blender. And blend in smooth puree.
– Pour the puree in shot glasses.
– Place candy stick in lemon ring and make it stand upright in glasses one in each.
– Freeze it overnight.
– Taadhaaa… Your summer special ‘Tangy Watermelon Popsicles are ready!

Note: Watermelon is very healthy specially with 91% water and just 30 calories per 100 grams… Makes it a great ‘binge food’ option! 😜
