‘Tropical Papaya Smoothie’

And who better for that than ‘Papaya, Pineapples and yoghurt’ ?!!
So here is Rejoice Wellness sunday special recipe of

‘Tropical Papaya Smoothie’

Ingredients:

1 small ripped Papaya
1 cup fat-free, plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp ground flaxseed

Instructions:
Just cut one ripped papaya into chunks and blend it with one cup of fat-free, plain yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup crushed ice, one teaspoon coconut extract, and one teaspoon ground flax seeds.
Process the mixture for about 30 seconds, or until it’s smooth and frosty.
