World Vegan Day is a global event celebrated annually on 1 November.

This day was established in 1994 by Louise Wallis, the Chair Person of The Vegan Society in the United Kingdom and created the terms “vegan” and “veganism”.

HERE IS ALL THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ‘VEGAN FOOD’.
Vegan food is the food that does not include any ingredients that are derived from animal source.
Vegan food includes plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, sprouts, spices, condiments.
But it excludes Non Vegetarian foods like meat, eggs, fish and Dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, paneer, ghee etc.

There are lots of people who are lactose intolerant and or allergic to certain proteins in shellfish are generally live a healthier pain free life after opting for Vegan foods.

Many researchers also believe that Vegan Diet can help reduce risk of many metabolic disorders like cholesterol levels, heart diseases, certain cancers like colon cancer.
