Ingredients:
▫️2 to 2.5 cups non dairy milk
▫️2 cup chia seeds
▫️1 large ripe banana
▫️2 teaspoons honey (OPTIONAL)
▫️For the walnut cream:
▫️1 cup raw walnut pieces (or cashews, or blanched
almonds)
▫️34 cups nondairy milk
▫️3 pitted dates
▫️1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Optional for serving:
▫️Granola,
▫️Sliced banana
▫️Drizzle maple syrup
How Its Made
????️Add 2 cups nondairy milk, chia seeds, and banana to a blender.
????️Blend until smooth, keep adding
more milk as needed.
????️Transfer to four single-serve airtight containers
????️To a clean blender, add the walnut
pieces
????️3 cup nondairy milk,
????️Add dates and vanilla.
????Add honey (optional)
????️Blend until creamy.
????️Divide the walnut cream between the four containers.
????️Chill before serving
????️Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
????️Top with granola and sliced banana for serving as desired.
