10 Minutes Hummus

10 Minutes Hummus


Ingredients:


1 cup boiling hot water
1/2 cup Roasted Chana daal
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp White Sesame seeds
1/2 cup Hung curd
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Olive oil
Lemon juice (as per taste)
Chilly powder to garnish (optional)
1-2 Ice cubes

Procedure:

  • Add Chana daal to hot water and let it soak for 5-7 minutes (till it gets soft)
  • ⁠Now Add drained Chana daal, white sesame seeds, garlic, hung curd, lemon juice, olive oil, salt to blender.
  • ⁠Add some ice cubes while blending to make it creamy & light.
  • ⁠Blend it to smooth and soft paste consistency.
  • ⁠Garnish with red chilly powder, olive oil and serve.
