Coconut Milk Oats Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dates paste
  • Fistful almonds
  • Fresh fruits as per your choice
  • Dried coconut shavings for garnish

How to Make

  • Cook the oats in water, dates paste and vanilla essence till ready.
  • Cool the oats, and add fresh coconut milk.
  • Top it up with almonds & fresh fruits as per your choice (berries, figs, apples and bananas work best).
  • Garnish with dried coconut shavings on top.
