Coconut Milk Oats Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fresh coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp dates paste
- Fistful almonds
- Fresh fruits as per your choice
- Dried coconut shavings for garnish
How to Make
- Cook the oats in water, dates paste and vanilla essence till ready.
- Cool the oats, and add fresh coconut milk.
- Top it up with almonds & fresh fruits as per your choice (berries, figs, apples and bananas work best).
- Garnish with dried coconut shavings on top.
