Cottage Cheese and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
-½ cup oatmeal flour
-½ cup cottage cheese
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-4 egg whites
-½ banana
-1 tsp olive oil
-2 tablespoons honey
(Instead of the egg you can use 1/2 tsp baking soda)

Procedure:
Blend all ingredients and one half of banana together until smooth to make the pancake batter. Heat a non-stick flat pan over medium heat and put ½ tsp olive oil on it. Pour the batter onto the pan in medium-sized circles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the edges. Flip and then cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve on a plate and pour some honey on top.
