Healthy Pancakes.

Yummy Pancakes- They come together in a few minutes and make the perfect healthy pancakes.

Ingredients
-2 medium ripe banana
-2 medium eggs
-2 tsp olive oil -assorted nuts -1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder -1/4 teaspoon vanilla
-14 fresh fruits -pinch of cinnamon
-honey or jaggery powder

Procedure-
-Gently mash the bananas into smaller chunks using a fork. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and stir with the fork until you have a custard-like consistency.

-Add baking powder, vanilla essence, pinch of cinnamon,cocoa-powder, assorted nuts to the mixture

-Heat a pan over medium heat, drop roughly 2 tablespoons of batter on it. Add olive oil.

-Cook for 1 minutes or until the bottoms look browned and golden when you lift a corner.

-Gently flip the pancakes and cook for another minute on the other side.

-Transfer the cooked pancakes to a serving plate and continue cooking the rest of the batter.

-Serve Pancakes warm; and drizzle some honey, or sprinkle the jaggery powder.
