Normally momos are made of maida. But this healthier version has wheat which is full of fiber & protein.
1)1 cup wheat flour
2)1/2 cup chopped cabbage
3)1/2 cup grated carrot
4)1/2 cup grated raddish
5)1 chopped onion
6)5-6 chopped garlic
7)2-3 chopped green chillies
8)1 teaspoon garam masala powder
9)1 teaspoon chilly flakes
10)Salt to taste
11) 1/2 tsp Oil
1)Mix flour, oil, salt & water in a bowl and knead a soft dough.
2)Sqeeze the excess water from the raddish and keep it aside.
3)Take a separate bowl, mix all the vegetables. Add salt, garam masala powder, chilly flakes, garlic and green chillies. Add raddish to the bowl and mix it well.
4)Make small round circles of the flour and fill the vegetable stuffing and start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
5)Heat water in a steamer or a pressure cooker. Let the water come to boil. Grease the pan with oil and place it with the momos over that. Steam the momos for 15 to 20 minutes.
6)Serve hot Momos.
