‘Masoor Veggie Cutlets’…

Make yummy Sunday Breakfast with healthy & tasty
‘Masoor Veggie Cutlets’…
Ingredients:
– ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
– ¼ cup finely chopped beans
– ¼ cup masoor [ whole red lentil] – 2 tbsp crumbled paneer
– 2 tbsp whole wheat bread crumbs
– 1 tsp green chili paste
– Salt as per taste
– 1 tsp oil for greasing the frying pan
Procedure:
– Soak masoor [ whole red lentil] overnight.
– Drain the water in the morning. Then add 1 cup fresh water and cook in pressure pan till soft [3 whistles].
– Drain excess water and set aside.
– Now boil chopped carrot and beans in pressure pan till mildly soft [ 2 whistles].
– Now combine masoor, veggies, paneer & bread crumbs together. Mix well.
– Add salt & chili paste and mix well.
– Make eaqual size balls & pat on palm to give shape of cutlets.
– Now shallow fry these cutlets from both sides till golden brown.
– Serve with green chutney.
