Paneer and Veggie Stir Fry

Healthy twist to your routine veggies with Paneer and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients :
1 tbsp olive oil/vegetable oil
1 cup mixed bell peppers (green, yellow, and red), de-seeded and sliced lengthwise
1 onion, sliced lengthwise
1 cup paneer, sliced lengthwise
5 cloves of garlic, sliced lengthwise
Salt and red paprika to taste

Directions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and toss in all the ingredients. Stir fry for about three minutes, tossing occasionally. Sprinkle salt & pepper
