This super healthy weight loss smoothie recipe contains amaranth/rajgira seeds as well as chia seeds. These seeds are loaded with healthy nutrients. It is a great boost for the protein and fiber content of the smoothie. Super healthy for those into an intense workout for fat loss.

Protein-rich smoothie
Ingredients:
• ½ cup puffed Rajgira
• ½ cup chopped banana
• 1 chopped seedless date
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tsp flax seeds
• 1 tsp melon seeds
• ½ cup milk
Method:
• Add all of the above ingredients in a blender.
• Blend up till it mixes into a smooth consistency.
• Serve immediately.
