Ragi Kanji
Ingredients:
- ΒΌ cup Ragi flour/finger millet flour
- Salt as per your taste
- 3/4th Cup Dahi
- 500ml Water
- 1 Tsp Ghee
- 1 Tsp Jeera
Somewhatchef - 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves/Coriander
- Pinch of hing (optional)
Instructions:
- In a pan, add 300ml water, Ragi Flour.
- Whisk till it boils and thickens.
- Let cool.
- Add Dahi, salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency.
- Prepare a tempering with Ghee, Jeera, Mustard Seeds, Coriander/Curry Leaves.
- Pour over and mix well.
- Refrigerate or have as is!
