Evening snack recipe of

‘Dhokla’ with healthy twist!

Rava Dhokla

Dhokla Ingredients:
Rava 2 cups
Ginger + green chillies paste
Water
Oil 1tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt
Haldi 1pinch
Lemon juice 1 medium sized
Eno 1 small

Tempering
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1tsp
Sesame seed 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10

Garnish
Coriander leaves

Chutney Ingredients:
1 cup coconut shavings or desecrated coconut
Fistful coriander
4-5 garlic cloves
4-5 spinach leaves
Salt for taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4th cup water (varies according to consistency required)

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients except Eno in pan.
Batter has to be thicker than idli batter.
Grease a pan with oil .
Add Eno in batter n mix well.
Pour batter in pan immediately.
Remove a whistle , cook in cooker for 15-20 min.
Check with toothpick if it’s cooked well.
Temper.
Garnish.

For chutney mix all ingredients and grind well in mixer grinder.

Rava moong dhokla
1 cup rava + 1 cup moong sprouts crushed or paste
Everything else exactly same as above.
