‘Simple Cottage Cheese Sandwich’

On occasion of ‘World Sandwich day’ Rejoice Wellness brings you a ‘Simple Cottage Cheese Sandwich’
• 2 slices wheat bread
• 1/3 cup cottage cheese [fresh Paneer] • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced in halves
• 1/2 avocado sliced
• 4 slices cucumber
• salt and pepper
1. Toast the bread.
2. Top both slices of bread with cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Top one slice with cucumber, tomato and avocado.
4. Top with final slice of bread & Enjoy.
