BANANA AND CHICKPEAS PATTIES

Here’s an easy peasy but perfect teatime snack Banana and Chickpea Patties. These Patties are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed full of flavor. This delicious recipe is not only easy and quick to make but super healthy too.

BANANA AND CHICKPEAS PATTIES ????

INGREDIENTS

4 small raw bananas [350 gms] ????
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas????
Salt????as per taste
2-3 Green chillies
1 inch Ginger ???? chopped
Small Onion ????
Cumin powder
Mint leaves ????
Lemon juice ????

HOW IT IS MADE

▫️Slice the bananas in half and cook them in pressure cooker, then peel them.
▫️Add 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
▫️Smash them all together
▫️Add 2-3 green chilies chopped
▫️Add 1 inch piece of ginger
▫️Add Salt,
▫️Add Finely ground small onion
▫️Add Half lime juice
▫️Add 1/4 tsp packed cumin powder
▫️Add 1/3 cup of mint leaves
▫️Mix everything well, shape into patties
▫️Shallow fry in frying pan or fry in air fryer till golden-brown on both sides.
▫️ Serve with ketchup and enjoy. ????
