Homemade Vegan Nutella

 Homemade Vegan Nutella

Ingredients:

2 cup dry roasted, unsalted almonds / hazelnuts

2 tbsp melted coconut oil / ghee

2/3 rd cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

7 to 9 dates (soaked)

½ cup maple syrup / honey

1 to 1 1/2 cup almond milk / any variety of milk you like

1/4th tsp cinnamon powder

½ tsp vanilla extract [optional]

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Add nuts to high powered blender or food processor.
[First the nuts will turn in to powder. Stop the blender and scrape sides and then blend again till buttery consistency]
  • Now add remaining ingredients to the blender but only add 1 cup milk and blend till smooth creamy consistency.
  • Add ½ cup milk if needed to thin and smoothen the consistency.
  • Tadaah…. Your homemade Nutella is ready!
