No Bake Mini Bhakri Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1/4 Diced Cup(19.0 gm) Tomato

1/4 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Capsicum

1/4 Diced Cup(19.0 gm) Red Capsicum

1/2 Flour Cup(13.0 gm) Jowar

1 Tbsp(12.0 ml) Bajra

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Ragi

30 Ml(20.0 ml) Water

1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes

1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano

1 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cottage Cheese

1.5 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Pizza Sauce

1/4 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum

HOW It Is Made

????️Spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce on the prepared pizza base
????️Add 1/8th cup chopped red capsicum
????️Add 1/8th cup chopped yellow capsicum
????️Add 1/8th cup chopped capsicum ????️Add 1/8th cup chopped tomato
????️Add 2 tbsp grated cottage cheese
????️Add 1/4th tsp oregano & 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes.

????️Add 1 tbsp of oil on frying pan

????️ Place the Bhakri pizza in the frying pan

????️Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

????️Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.????
