Party Starter Masala Almonds

Ingredients
  • 60 Gram Toasted almonds
  • 10 Gram Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Corn flakes
  • For cooking Olive oil
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds 
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
How to Make
  • Toast the oats in a dry pan for 2 minutes. Reserve and cool.
  • Heat the oil, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder and ajwain seeds.
  • Add the curry leaves.
  • Toss in oats, corn flakes and blueberries.
  • Toast almonds in the same dry pan for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients to it.
  • Season with salt and Black pepper powder.
  • Finish with lemon juice and chopped coriander.
