Sprouts Palak Cheela
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup coarse ground sprouts
• 1/2 cup jowar flour
• 1/2 cup chopped Palak
• Chopped onion
• Grated carrot and beetroot
• Chopped chilly and coriander leaves
• Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Ajwain
• Hing
• Water
HOW IT’S MADE
1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup coarse ground sprouts, 1/2 cup jowar flour and 1/2 cup chopped Palak.
2. Add Chopped onion, carrot, beetroot,dhaniya pati, chilly, coriander leaves.
3. Add turmeric powder, salt, ajwain, hing.
4. Add water to the mixture and make a dough.
5. Make even size Parathas out of it and searve hot
