Enjoy this yummy ‘Veg Galouti Kababs’ with 32gms of protein.

Veg Galouti kebab
Ingredients:
Soya chunks – 35g, boiled
Paneer – 50g (low fat)
Walnuts – fistful
Chilli flakes – 1 Tbsp
Garam masala – 1-1.5 Tbsp
Garlic – 10-12 cloves, minced
Salt – as per the taste
Onion – 1 whole, chopped
Ghee – 1 tsp
Procedure:
- In a frying pan heat ghee
- Add chopped onion and sauté till it starts browning.
- Add chopped garlic, chilli flakes , garam masala and mix well.
- Add a little water.
- Add boiled soya chunks and paneer
- Add the whole cooked mixture to grinder.
- Add walnuts and grind it all together.
- Now take the thick mixture in a pan and take the small and place it on a frying pan lined with a little ghee.
- Shallow fry it from both sides till it turns golden.
