Tadka Curd-Oats (One pot meal)

This weight-loss recipe is a soulful meal with balancing all the micro & macro nutrients and is very easy to make.

Tadka Curd-Oats (One pot meal)

Ingredients:

1 cup curd
2 tbsp milk
5 tbsp rolled out oats
Salt as per taste
1 chilli
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 cup Carrots/ Beetroot grated [Optional]
1 tbsp Coriander chopped fine [Optional]
10-12 peanuts roasted
1 tbsp ghee homemade

Procedure:

  • Put oats in a bowl.
  • ⁠Add 1/2 bowl curd, milk and mix well.
  • ⁠Keep aside overnight (or at least 2-3 hours)
  • ⁠Add remaining 1/2 bowl curd to the soaked mixture.
  • ⁠Add salt as per taste
  • Add Grated veggies to the mixture and mix well.
  • ⁠Make tempering by adding ghee, jeera, chilli and peanuts.
  • ⁠Let the ghee get well heated and peanuts turn golden brownish.
  • ⁠Now add tempering to the oats and curd mixture.
  • ⁠Mix well.
  • ⁠Tadaahhhhh…. Enjoy!
