4 Ingredients No Bake Protein Bars
Ingredients (Yields 24 bars):
- 1 cup Sattu flour
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter (homemade/ unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup Dates (seedless)
- 1/2 dried coconut (cut into slices)
Instructions:
- Cut dried coconut into slices for easy blending.
- Blend it in a mixer to make fine coconut powder.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add dates to the same mixer and grind to a sticky paste.
- Add the date paste to the bowl.
- Add peanut butter to the bowl and mix well with a spatula or hands.
- Gradually add sattu flour while mixing until a dough forms.
- The dough should be firm but pliable.
- Now Shape & Set Bars.
- Press the mixture into silicone molds or spread it evenly on a greased plate.
- Let it sit for 30-45 minutes in refrigerator.
- Remove from molds or Cut into 24 squares pieces or bars.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
