Red High Protein Tikki with Protein Dip

Ingredients:

Red High Protein Tikki:

  • 1.5 cup boiled black channa
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet potato
  • 3/4 cup boiled beetroot
  • 1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • 1 tosp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbp roasted besan (for binding)
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp White sesame seeds
  • ⁠Chopped coriander for garnish

High protein Chipotle Dip

1 cup paneer
1 cup yogurt
2 cloves garlic
2-4 red chillis, soaked in hot water (adjust spice to your liking)
Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • Take boiled black channa, boiled sweet potato, boiled beetroot in a bowl & mash together.
  • ⁠Add ginger-green chilli paste, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder, Salt, roasted besan to mashed mixture.
  • ⁠Assemble Tikkis and garnish with white sesame seeds. Then shallow fry on pan or in air fryer.
  • ⁠Add paneer, yogurt, garlic, red chillis, Salt to mixture grinder n make a smooth paste.
  • ⁠Now assemble a plate with tikkis on one side n dip on other. Garnish with coriander.
