Air fried Cruciferous Goodness

Summer vacations are here and you want to give them trendy but healthy snacks then veggies are the best option. But if your kids also hate veggies and specially the tricky Cruciferous veggies like broccoli and cauliflower then here’s a recipe of ‘Air-fried Cruciferous Goodness’ that might just turn things around. Crispy, flavorful, and oh-so-easy, these air-fried bites will have them asking for more!

Air fried Cruciferous Goodness

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Broccoli florets

– ⁠1 cup Cauliflower florets

– 10-12 cashews

– ⁠80 gms paneer

– ⁠80 grams curd

– ⁠Salt (as per taste)

– ⁠1-2 tsp Red chilly powder (as per taste)

– ⁠1-2 tsp Coriander powder

– ⁠1 tsp Turmeric powder

– ⁠1 tsp Garam masala

– ⁠1 tsp Jeera powder

Procedure:

– Blanch florets of broccoli & cauliflower in warm water with salt in it.

– ⁠In a mixture grinder add cashews, paneer, curd, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala & jeera powder.

– ⁠Blend it together in a smooth paste.

– ⁠Dab the blanched broccoli and cauliflower florets dry.

– ⁠Add the blended mixture to the florets and coat well.

– ⁠Add them to air fryer tray

– ⁠Fry it at 180 degree for 15 minutes

– ⁠Tadaaah…. Your Cruciferous Goodness is ready to be served
