Vegan Fruit Salad

So this this special Vegan Fruit Salad recipe is our contribution to your sweet beginning of journey towards becoming π“π‘πž 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 π•πžπ«π¬π’π¨π§ 𝐨𝐟 π’πžπ₯𝐟!

Vegan Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Pulp of 3 tneder coconuts
  • Coconut Water, 200ml
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Seasonal Fruits of choice
  • Boiled Sabudana, 1/2 Cup
  • Almond and walnut cut into pieces to garnish

Instructions:

  • Take out coconut pulp and water, from all 3 tender coconuts.
  • Transfer to a blender, blend.
  • ⁠Refrigerate for an hour so it will become thicker.
  • Now add honey.
  • ⁠Add boiled sabudana and mix well.
  • ⁠Add diced fruits.
  • ⁠Refrigerate.
  • ⁠Serve in serving glasses.
  • ⁠Garnish with almond and walnut pieces.
