
Diwali Crackers
Diwali is just round the corner… Be it a evening snack or just a crunchy addition to a meal crackers are everyone’s favorite. While you start making the ‘Faral’ for this year’s Diwali; let’s help you make these yummy treats with a dash of health. These crackers not only taste yummy but also are good for brain health, digestive health and bone health. As they are full of proteins, fiber, calcium and magnesium.

Diwali Crackers
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup jowar flour
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup water
2 tsp mixed herbs
Salt [as per taste]

Method:
- Soak ¼ cup chia seeds in ½ cup water for 15 mins till it gels up
- Mix well, add 1 cup almond flour, 1 cup jowar flour, mixed herbs & salt.
- Stir it well till it forms a soft dough ball.
- Place the dough on a parchment paper & place another piece of parchment paper
over the cracker dough and roll it out thin (like a roti) - Cut into desired shape
- Bake for 30 mins at 160* (preheat for 5 min at 160)
