Drumstick Soup

Ingredients

4-5 fresh drumstick
1 small size onion, chopped
5-6 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1/4 Cup coriander leaves
1 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
3 Cup water

How It’s Made

  • Wash and peal drumsticks.
  • In a pressure cooker add drumsticks, onions, garlic, bay leaves, black peppercorns, coriander leaves. Add water and let cook till 2 to 3 whistles.
  • Let set for sometime and put the mixture into the grinder and grind it well.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Simmer in heat for 5 minuts.
  • Tadaaa healthy drumstick soup is ready to be served.
