Healthy Makhana Ladoo


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup Makhana
  • 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup gond
  • 1 tbsp mix seeds flax sunflower & melon
  • 1/2 cup Dates powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp pistachio
  • 3 to 4 tbsp milk
  • Ghee 4 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

  • First roast oats on medium flam till you get its fragrance.
  • Keep separate.
  • Dry roast coconut
  • Dry roast seeds
  • Roast Makhana till crisp and keep separate.
  • Add 1 tsp ghee and roast almonds.
  • 2 tsp fry gond & crush it.
  • Now grind all the ingredients in a powder form (Oats, Makhana & Almonds) & keep all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Now take 2 tsp ghee + dates powder heat in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add in the grinded mixture.
  • Once little cool you can mix with hands.
  • Keep on adding milk.as per requirement and make ladoos out of it.
