Healthy Makhana Ladoo

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup Makhana
- 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup gond
- 1 tbsp mix seeds flax sunflower & melon
- 1/2 cup Dates powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp pistachio
- 3 to 4 tbsp milk
- Ghee 4 tbsp
Cooking Instructions
- First roast oats on medium flam till you get its fragrance.
- Keep separate.
- Dry roast coconut
- Dry roast seeds
- Roast Makhana till crisp and keep separate.
- Add 1 tsp ghee and roast almonds.
- 2 tsp fry gond & crush it.
- Now grind all the ingredients in a powder form (Oats, Makhana & Almonds) & keep all other ingredients and mix well.
- Now take 2 tsp ghee + dates powder heat in a pan on medium heat.
- Add in the grinded mixture.
- Once little cool you can mix with hands.
- Keep on adding milk.as per requirement and make ladoos out of it.
