High Protein Makhana Sprouts Fritters

Ingredients –

1. 1 cup roasted makhana [fox nuts]

2. 1 cup moong sprouts [Sprouted green gram]

3. 1/2 cup roasted jowar aata [Sorghum flour]

4. 1 medium chopped onion

5. 1-2 finely chopped chilli

6. Finely chopped coriander

7. Grated ginger 2 inch

8. Salt to taste

9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp

10. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

11. Chaat masala 1 tsp

12. Oil for cooking 2 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Coarsely grind makhana and keep aside
  2. Coarsely grind sprouts in blender.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the grounded makhana and sprouts
  4. Make small round balls and keep aside
  5. Now press it between your palms to make small fritters.
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Add these fritters to the pan and cook until golden brown from both sides.
  8. Serve with chutney of your choice and enjoy.
