Nepali Chukauni with a Healthy Twist

Nepali Chukauni with a Healthy Twist

Ingredients-

  • 1-1.5 cup curd
  • ⁠2 medium size Sweet potatoes (boiled)
  • ⁠1 Onion
  • ⁠1 tbsp Chili powder
  • ⁠salt as per taste
  • ⁠2 Green chillies
  • ⁠handful of Coriander (chopped well)
  • ⁠1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • ⁠1 tsp Methi Dana
  • ⁠2 Red chilies (Chopped)

Procedure-

  • In a bowl add 1-1.5 cup curd & whisk until smooth.
  • ⁠Then add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt & mix it in well.
  • Add, 2 medium boiled sweet potatoes chopped in cube, along with 2 green chillies finely chopped, 1 medium size onion (chopped thin along the length), handful of coriander & mix this well.
  • Now for the tadka heat 1 tbsp Mustard oil.
  • ⁠Add 1 tsp methi seeds & red chilli chopped to heated oil.
  • ⁠Now add this tadka on the salad.
  • mix well & then enjoy as is or with some millet rice
