Make Veggies sticks and enjoy them with this ‘Nutty Hung Curd Dip’.

Fight the summer heat with well hydrating your body. Veggies and salads are excellent way to hydrate while eating solid food.

Hung curd adds cooling soothing effect while providing good helping of proteins and probiotics. And nuts add omega-3, proteins and minerals to the meal.

This is a great party starter or a mid-meal idea on a lazy summer day.

For Lactose intolerant friends make this recipe with soy yogurt or coconut milk yogurt, soy sour cream.

Nutty Hung Curd Dip

Ingredients

½ cup Hung curd

1 tbsp pistachios [cut into small pieces]

1 tbsp almonds [cut into small pieces]

1 tbsp Walnuts [cut into small pieces]

1 tbsp Cranberries [cut into small pieces]

4-5 garlic cloves [chopped finely]

Salt & pepper as per the taste

1 tsp Pistachios for garnish [cut in vertical pieces]

Procedure

Take hung curd in a bowl

Combine pistachios, walnuts, almonds, cranberries, garlic, salt & pepper in a bowl with hung curd.

Mix well.

Garnish on the top with pistachio pieces.
