So here’s a summer special ‘Sugarless Ice Cream’ recipe just for you.

Sugarless Ice Cream

Ingredient:

  • Banana – 3
  • Cashews – 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)
  • Almonds – 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) [Peeled]
  • Dates ½ cup (10-15) [De-seeded]
  • Milk – ½ liter (500 mil)
  • Cocoa powder – 3 Tsp [unsweetened]
  • Vanilla essence – ½ Tsp
  • Honey for garnishing while serving

Procedure:

  • Take 1/2 litre or 500ml milk.
  • Boil it.
  • Add de seeded dates 1/2 cup or 10-15 based on its size and sweetness to boiling milk
  • Let the dates cook in the milk and become softer for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/4 cup soaked cashews and 1/4 cup soaked and peeled almonds. You can add another nuts of your choice. Let it boil in the milk for 10 minutes and become softer.
  • Add unsweetened cocoa powder (increase the quantity if you like cocoa flavour more).
  • Mix well. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  • Put bananas and the cooked mixture in mixture grinder.
  • Add Vanilla essence.
  • ⁠Grind it into a fine mix without lumps.
  • Transfer to a container and cover with a rapper to avoid ice crystals.
  • Freeze it 6-8 hrs or overnight.
  • Scoop out and drizzle honey on top before serving. Enjoy!!!
