Oats Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 40g oats
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any other type of milk)
  • 1 tbsp zero sugar maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 apple cut in cubes
  • ⁠Cinnamon powder

Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
  • Whisk together until combined well.
  • Top with some apple pieces and cinnamon powder.
  • Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25min or in the airfryer at 200C for 15 min.
