Oats Apple Pie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 40g oats
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any other type of milk)
- 1 tbsp zero sugar maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of nutmeg powder
- 1/2 apple cut in cubes
- Cinnamon powder
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
- Whisk together until combined well.
- Top with some apple pieces and cinnamon powder.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25min or in the airfryer at 200C for 15 min.
