Sugarless Ice Cream

So here’s a summer special ‘Sugarless Ice Cream’ recipe just for you.

Sugarless Ice Cream
Ingredient:
- Banana – 3
 - Cashews – 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)
 - Almonds – 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) [Peeled]
 - Dates ½ cup (10-15) [De-seeded]
 - Milk – ½ liter (500 mil)
 - Cocoa powder – 3 Tsp [unsweetened]
 - Vanilla essence – ½ Tsp
 - Honey for garnishing while serving
 
Procedure:
- Take 1/2 litre or 500ml milk.
 - Boil it.
 - Add de seeded dates 1/2 cup or 10-15 based on its size and sweetness to boiling milk
 - Let the dates cook in the milk and become softer for 5 minutes.
 - Add 1/4 cup soaked cashews and 1/4 cup soaked and peeled almonds. You can add another nuts of your choice. Let it boil in the milk for 10 minutes and become softer.
 - Add unsweetened cocoa powder (increase the quantity if you like cocoa flavour more).
 - Mix well. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
 - Put bananas and the cooked mixture in mixture grinder.
 - Add Vanilla essence.
 - Grind it into a fine mix without lumps.
 - Transfer to a container and cover with a rapper to avoid ice crystals.
 - Freeze it 6-8 hrs or overnight.
 - Scoop out and drizzle honey on top before serving. Enjoy!!!
