
Upaas Rasgulla Kheer

Here are Soft bouncy yummy rasagullas for making your fast unforgettable.

Upaas Rasgulla Kheer
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl fine sabudana
- 1/4th cup water for soaking it.
- 3 tbsp stevia powder
- 1/2 liter milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- finely chopped nuts for garnishing
Procedure:
- Wash fine sabudana for 2-3 times with water
- Then soak for 15-20 minutes by adding 1/4th cup water
- Now transfer this in a blender jar by adding 2 tbsp of stevia powder, milk powder and coarsely grind it
- Now make a small balls out of it & keep aside.
- In a Kadhai add 1/2 litre milk and boil it 4-5 minutes,
- Add 1 tbsp stevia powder as sweetener, 1/4th
tsp cardamom powder - Now add sabudana balls
- Then boil for 4-5 minutes
- Garnish with some chopped dryfruits and enjoy!
