Upaas Rasgulla Kheer

Upaas Rasgulla Kheer

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl fine sabudana
  • ⁠1/4th cup water for soaking it.
  • ⁠3 tbsp stevia powder
  • ⁠1/2 liter milk
  • ⁠1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • ⁠finely chopped nuts for garnishing

Procedure:

  • Wash fine sabudana for 2-3 times with water
  • ⁠Then soak for 15-20 minutes by adding 1/4th cup water
  • ⁠Now transfer this in a blender jar by adding 2 tbsp of stevia powder, milk powder and coarsely grind it
  • ⁠Now make a small balls out of it & keep aside.
  • ⁠In a Kadhai add 1/2 litre milk and boil it 4-5 minutes,
  • ⁠Add 1 tbsp stevia powder as sweetener, 1/4th
    tsp cardamom powder
  • Now add sabudana balls
  • ⁠Then boil for 4-5 minutes
  • ⁠Garnish with some chopped dryfruits and enjoy!
