Vegan Bliss Balls


  • 200 grams rolled oats or quinoa flakes
  • 60 grams coconut desiccated
  • 60 grams almond meal
  • 1/3 cup (70 grams) coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 grams desiccated coconut for garnishing


  • Add half the oats in food processor & make it into powder form.
  • Take it in bowl & set aside
  • Add desiccated coconut, almond meal, coconut oil, honey, vanilla to food processor & mix well until sticky.
  • Add remaining oats to the food processor and mix well with sticky mixture.
  • Now roll this mixture in to even sized balls.
  • Add remaining desiccated coconut to powdered oats set aside & mix well.
  • Now roll these balls into this mixture for garnish.
